I am beyond thrilled to announce Determined to Shine's most luxurious, healing, creative, and powerful experience ever.
This VIP retreat is invitation-only and is limited to 5 participants. There are currently 3 spots remaining.
You'll experience 3 full days and 4 nights with Allyson and Ashley in gorgeous Santa Fe, New Mexico.
This retreat is *almost* all-inclusive, creating a deeply personal and magical experience.

- Hours of creative expression - we'll have time to work on some amazing art journal projects. All supplies, including a beautiful new journal, will be provided.

Santa Fe Excursions
Immersive Healing. Creative Inspiration.
During our retreat, we will travel to:
- Ojo Caliente, one of the nation's oldest and most magical health spas. This awe-inspiring resort features high desert healing waters, ready to for you to soak in the power of these ancient natural springs. In 2022, Ojo Caliente was named the Best Destination Spa in the United States by Travel + Leisure. In addition to your daily soaking pass, you'll get to choose one spa treatment of your choice at no additional charge to you.
- Meow Wolf Santa Fe, the House of Eternal Return. Meow Wolf is an experience that's difficult to describe, but trust us that it's one of the most unique and bizarre art experiences ever. Meow Wolf features 70 different rooms designed by different local and internationally known artists. The entire exhibit is interactive and serves as an artsy portal to another dimension. What does that mean exactly? You'll have to see it to believe it. But if you've ever wanted to open a refrigerator and find a gateway to another world, Meow Wolf is the place to be.
- The Georgia O'Keefe Museum, featuring the largest collection of her works and a celebration of her life as a maker and artist.
- Shopping at The Ark, the largest and most diverse spiritual book and crystal store I've ever encountered anywhere. In addition to whatever you choose to buy for yourself, you can choose any Tarot or Oracle deck in the shop as my gift to you.
What's Included
Almost Everything! Specifically:
- Your hotel room - 4 nights at a specialty boutique hotel full of Santa Fe charm and history. You will have your own room.
- Transportation from the Albuquerque, NM airport to and from the hotel in Santa Fe, as well as travel to all destination experiences
- Two dinners with Allyson, Ashley, and the entire group at local Santa Fe restaurants
- All admission fees to Ojo Caliente, Meow Wolf, and the Georgia O'Keefe Museum.
- Your choice of spa experience at Ojo Caliente
- Your choice of Tarot or Oracle deck from The Ark
- Personal and group healing experiences provided by Allyson
- Super magical gifts throughout the retreat, including crystals, art journaling supplies, and all kinds of other treats
- ALL project supplies for art journaling and creative projects (unlike past retreats, there is NO supply list or anything you need to bring. We've got it covered.)
What's Not Included
- Transportation/airfare from your home to Albuquerque, NM
- Transportation to and from Albuquerque and Santa Fe ONLY if you choose to add extra days to your trip beyond our scheduled dates. Otherwise, this is included.
- Meals, outside of the two dinners:
We chose this because we recognize that each individual has specific preferences regarding things like whether or not to have breakfast, eating alone occasionally for introvert time, and how adventurous they like to be with local cuisine. Whenever possible, we will provide transportation to and from the hotel to the restaurant(s) of your choice. - Tips for spa services

Schedule and Important Details

Because this event is limited to 5 participants, the exact dates will be chosen once all spots are filled, ensuring a schedule that works for everyone.
Hotel: We are currently speaking with several Santa Fe boutique hotels to ensure the just-right fit for our group. Once our exact dates are determined, we will finalize our selection.
Invite Only
When you have an event this small and personalized, you want to ensure an amazing experience for everyone. For this reason, this retreat is by invitation only. Priority is given to those who have been the most invested in the Determined to Shine community. You have been selected to receive an invitation at this time. If spots still remain on Friday, August 18, additional invitations will be sent. Note: We did send more than five invitations. If you'd like to attend, please book quickly. Currently, 3 spots of 5 remain open for registration.
Why We're Having You Register Now
In the past, planning Determined to Shine retreats required the signing of multiple contracts for hotel rooms, meals, and services before we opened registration. On a couple of occasions, this resulted in taking a substantial financial loss on the event due to unexpected circumstances.
By having you register and pre-pay NOW, we ensure that everything can go as planned and we can provide the most amazing experience possible.
Once all five spots have been claimed, everything will be finalized and booked accordingly.
What I Want to Opt Out of Something?
Standard Determined to Shine rules apply. Your experience is the most important thing. You will never be asked to share or participate in anything that makes you uncomfortable, for any reason.
What If I Have to Cancel?
For all the reasons described above, and because Determined to Shine is a teeny tiny company with rotating expenses, full refunds are typically not possible.
Here are the specifics for this event:
If there is a waitlist:
We can transfer your spot to the next person in line. Once their registration is paid, you will receive a refund of 95% of your registration cost.
If there is no waitlist:
If you cancel before December 31, 2023, you can receive a refund of 50% of your registration OR you may choose to apply 100% of your registration to your Determined to Shine account for future online programs, with no expiration.
If you cancel after December 31, 2023, you will receive 80% of your registration as Determined to Shine account credit for future online programs. No other refund will be given.
